Here’s why I ❤️ Revolve clothing store!
So about a year or so ago, I stumbled upon Revolve by chance through I believe an ad or maybe from something I saw on Instagram. One of the items that caught my eye was very expensive (I think it was around $500-$600) and I thought “NO WAY!” and immediately closed down the site and proceeded to something else. I thought, as cute as those clothes look on those models, there is no way I’m paying for something that expensive! I can basically make it myself if I wanted to!
But over time I found myself drawn back to the site every time through their ads (dam you, Google Adwords!), and I’ve learned to navigate the site and find some really good deals!
For those of you who haven’t heard or looked at the Revolve website, they’re a California-based company that bloomed very quickly. They focus mostly on women’s clothing and I’d describe their selection as middle to high-end boutique. So in other words, you wouldn’t necessarily find the brands they carry in a bunch of stores like Macy’s or Nordstroms (although some of them are carried in other places). Usually though, their selection is unique to their site only (believe me, I’ve tried scouring the web to see if I can find some of their items for cheaper elsewhere, a no-go most of the time).
If you’re willing to wait for sales, price drops, and item restocks, Revolve can be a great place to add nice pieces to your wardrobe.
Other than their beautifully designed website and it’s ease to shop and browse, here’s a few other reasons why I keep coming back to Revolve:
Subscribe to their “back-in-stock” email notifications
One of my favorite features of theirs! A lot of times my size goes out of stock pretty quickly. If you’ve got an item in your favorites list that you’re eyeing and waiting for it to go on sale, more often than not your size is sold out before it even hits the sale.
But I have seen items go back in stock weeks or months after they’ve gone out of stock so I wouldn’t lose hope. In fact, it’s more common than I thought. This feature is super helpful (or not, depending on how you look at it) because I may forget/give up following a particular item but then all of a sudden there’s a new email in my inbox stating the item is back in stock!
Their size guide & reviews are pretty on par
I really hate buying something online if I’m unsure of it’s fit despite it’s size. Lots of brands fluctuate in size and fit and it’s annoying when purchasing online, only to have to return it because their size guide was misleading (*cough* J.Crew *cough*)
But Revolve keeps it open ended. Not only do they provide a size guide of their own along with the model’s measurements as reference, but they also keep it open for shoppers to leave feedback. One of their key feedback features I like is whether an item’s size is as-mentioned, bigger than described, or smaller than described. This way you can gauge whether you should go up or down a size when purchasing.
Feedback left by fellow shoppers is also very helpful. Oftentimes, shoppers describe their body height and type so you can get a sense of whether this will fit you or not at all.

Depending on your taste, I find their selection to be so eye-catching! I’m drawn to just about everything they’ve got listed. It’s almost like the stylists and revolve buyers know exactly what I want! Or maybe it’s the sleek design, easy-to-use website, and beautiful models that really sells it all.
Returns are free!
Yep! Returns on any purchase are free. If you are not satisfied, simply put the items you don’t want back into the box or package, slap on the given return label, and ship back at your earliest convenience.
The company is pretty good about giving you your refund in a timely manner. Normally, returns are processed within a month or less!
Honorable mention: XXS sizes!
This is just an honorable mention but for someone like me who is petite and a bit on the thin size, I love that they carry XXS and 00 sizes! These sizes tend to go out of stock quick so be sure to keep an eye on the pieces you want! It’s a shame though, more clothing companies should carry the smaller sizes.
So there you have my little spiel about Revolve and why I love this company so much! If this is your first time hearing about Revolve, I would advise you to at least check them out and browse the site a bit. I was skeptical at first but now I’m a huge fan!
