My 5 Essential Items For The Perfect Planner

Journaling is a cherished practice for many, allowing individuals to reflect, express creativity, and document their thoughts and experiences.

Having a planner has allowed me to time-box and to stay on track with day-to-day things. If it wasn’t for having a planner I would probably be procrastinating and never get as much done as I needed to in a day.

Growing up I was always one of those kids that took very neat and organized notes for school. I took pride in my careful, neat handwriting and writing well thought out notes, especially when it came time to study for a big test. I always had a highlighter on the sidelines to highlight key notes and just make things pretty overall! I’m sure some of you can relate 🙂

Nowadays I have a journal to jot down important things that I would like to accomplish by the day, week or month. I also use it for other things such as little bits of scrapbooking, photos, drawings, and to write down things that I am grateful for. Personally, I’m of the belief that positive mentality and being grateful will continue to bring me good vibes and hopefully more prosperity.

I’ve gone on to collect so many planners and journals over the years that, I’ll admit, it has become a bit of an addiction.

However, when it comes to the things I need for the perfect planner, my go-to are these five items:

Calendar pages (I prefer weekly but they do have daily and monthly ones available)
